From the house you will find several paths to walk or bike among horses. The Sarthe is 1 km away by footpath. The 25 m2 accommodation has a kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. Guests will have access to an outdoor area with garden furniture.

Small cozy apartment on a quiet street. The village is located on the banks of Sarthe with its small port, its lock and its open-air café! The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.
