Garden Retreat - Loire Valley

Our 'Garden Retreat' is a tranquil, elegantly furnished cottage overlooking a sunken garden. The accommodation has a bedroom (queen-sized bed), a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a sleeper-sofa, and a small office mezzanine. The garden is large with multiple places to sit and enjoy the shade or the sun. The Loire River itself is only 150 yards from the flat. Large individuals take note: the shower is a standard 67cm x 67cm. Although we love pets; but we have a one pet only policy.

In the Indre valley, between Tours and Loches, in a quiet and bucolic hamlet by the river, small gite for 2 people with independent entrance on the ground floor of our art deco villa (we live above), with terrace and garden + heated swimming pool from mid-May to mid-September (shared with the owner with time slots) + TV in the living room/bedroom with Netflix access included. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months.
