In the town of Epargnes, 15 min from the beaches of St Georges and Royan, 10 min from Meschers and Talmond. Our vacation rental combines the charm of yesteryear and the comfort of today. A beautiful terrace is equipped with the necessary furniture for relaxation! We also offer a 10.5 m x 4.5 m pool, covered and heated according to the season (May/September, consult us). Buoys and bath games available. Linens and towels are not provided. July/August exclusively from Saturday to Saturday.

Heated swimming pool (4.90 x 2 m) secured by a roller shutter. Large terrace on 2 levels with living room and garden table for real moments of relaxation. Free access to the Aqua Pirate water park (9,000 m²) located 350 m away: lagoon, slides, hot tubs... (open from mid-May to mid-September).

This authentic wine cellar located in the heart of the northern Médoc, 17 km from the beaches, offers an atypical living space of 800 m2 containing our home and a 215 m2 cottage. You will have three air-conditioned bedrooms each with a shower room and separate toilet, a huge living room with equipped kitchen. Finally, separating you from our home, you will find a game room with an American pool table and… A skate bowl! Bikes and surfboards can also be provided.
