Quiet room (13 m²), facing the courtyard so cooler, in a house (1924) on the beach in Royan. On the first floor. The other two bedrooms, also on airbnb, have sea views. 160 cm bed. There is only the street ( bd GARNIER ) to cross to go to the large beach. Breakfast (simple, coffee, tea, milk chocolate, brioche, butter, jam, orange juice) served on the veranda with a sea view (Cordouan lighthouse in the distance). Shared bathroom (shower) and WC. Close-by shops and restaurants.

In a private house, large room with landing/mezzanine occupying the entire floor, the whole equipped with 1 single bed of 90 cm and 2 beds of 140 cm (+ baby cot possible) with shower, sink and toilet: 5 people can be accommodated easily (+ 1 baby).
