Cosy One-Bedroom Bungalow

AlisonRating, 5 starstoday
Lindsay was a great host, right from the beginning communication was brilliant. Great accommodation, very clean, very welcoming, and everyone had been thought of, down to our little dog, thank you. There was a very useful folder which gave clear instructions about the property and the local area. Peaceful area to stay, good area nearly to walk dogs. Would highly recommend and if we were to back up in Liverpool, we would stay at again. Thank you Lindsay

The Tack Room, Luxurious Barn Conversion,Chester

LydiaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a great stay at the tack room, the instructions to find it where spot on which is needed as we couldn’t get any signal nearby (wifi inside). The place is beautiful and everything you need - plenty of dvds/ books if you’re stopping in, oil/ herbs and every cooking utensils you need to eat in. There was plenty of space for us with 2 adults a baby and a dog and garden is secure to let dog out. It’s in a great location for Chester, we went into the town centre, Chester market, blue planet, the zoo and Cheshire oaks all within 10/15 minutes drive. We had a drink in a local pub but didn’t eat as they’d finished serving when we arrived on Sunday but we did drive out to the Alford arms to go for a walk on the all trails app and ended up eating there which was fab. It was perfectly cosy in winter but imagine it being lovely in summer Sat outside with a bbq would love to return!

A great place to stay, a clean welcoming home from home with some thoughtful touches, bread, jam, marmalade and butter plus some cookies. It was a great location for us to visit family in the local area.

Detached Cottage-Wrexham-3 bedrooms, 6 guests

JamesRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a lovely stay here, it was clean and very comfortable, and the log burner in the living room is great too. We brought our dogs with us, and Jill phoned us beforehand to warn us the garden wasn't fully secured in case this was a problem (it wasn't), which I appreciated. Location is handy for main routes, you are on the corner of a set of traffic lights but never heard the traffic in the house at all. We've already booked for another stay, and highly recommend this place!

Two bed bungalow, garden, parking, pet friendly

EmmaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed for two nights to be close to Chester so we could dip in and out of the city to support a family member in a rowing event. The bungalow was perfect for us. We had our dogs so we needed to walk them sufficiently too.. Rachel’s place was immaculate and her comms were excellent and she shared local knowledge ahead of time. We planned to eat in the first night but after walking the dogs and an evening drink at the very dog friendly pub Ring O’ Bells in Christleton, we stayed out for their two for one Friday night Burger deal! Absolutely delicious local real ale Soozled Swan! We will return. Thank you Rachel.

Shepherd’s Hut

AlRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a brilliant stay in this gorgeous shepherds hut. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and shown around the place. The highlight of our trip was cuddles from Gary the goat who was very friendly and fun to feed. What a lovely family and great place to stay for the weekend. The cabin itself is very comfortable, and we had lots of firewood to keep ourselves warm, indoors and out the outside fire pit. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The ultimate off-grid group glamping getaway!

PaulRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
11 of us and 2 dogs had a blast staying at this AirBnB which can be best described as your own little private village. 10/10. We would happy book a getaway here again. Shout out to the lovely staff at The Royal Oak pub that pulled some delicious pints and made some incredible food.

Peaceful cottage & garden in Cheshire village

LouiseRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A lovely place to stay for me and my husband, and my sister's family of four. The cottage was roomy and welcoming, a great size for our group, very clean, nicely decorated, and lovely and warm. It's a stone's throw from Marbury Country Park, which was a great place to walk our dog. The TV was huge, as was the downstairs bathroom, which looked straight out of a boutique hotel. Excellent value for our two-night stay and great communication from the owner, Evangeline.

Hot tub, Log Burner, Spa Bathroom, Electric Gates

LucyRating, 5 starstoday
Gorgeous home from home. Electric gates, with easy instructions off Martin to get into the grounds. The house was spotless and gorgeous interior. We had fun in the hot tub and relaxed there for our wedding anniversary. We visited Hack Green Secret Nuclear Bunker which was 15 minutes drive away (if you’re a history buff then well worth the visit) , also went to Hickory’s for tea which is a 4 minute drive away. We had a little venture in Nantwich town centre which was gorgeous. Martin was very attentive when we were messaging him and was very helpful. Will be back! ☀️ 🏠

Fairvale House

NicolaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Great house in a great location! We all had a great stay at Fairvale house. The only problem we had was that the downstairs flooring was extremely slippery to the point the dogs couldn’t walk on it and people were slipping over which is quite dangerous especially with dogs and young children. Apart from that everything was great.

Charming Cottage: 3-Bedrooms Sleeps 8 + Hot Tub

ChristineRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My friends and I loved this place. Although it wasn’t far from where we live it was an ideal spot to get away from it all and spend time together. The cottage was extremely well equipped and decorated and furnished to a high standard and we loved the quirky finishing touches. We were very fortunate with the weather for this time of year so made full use of the outdoor area. We didn’t use the sofas in the living area despite them looking very inviting and being a lovely space as we spent the evenings around the log burner or in the hot tub. We had a brief visit to the nearby Antrobus Arms which was lovely but were eager to get back to the cottage to relax. My dog loved it too and we made use of the doggy shower too. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful shepherd's hut in a lakeside woodland

BenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Booked this hut for my fiancées birthday weekend, we took our 3 year old Labrador and we absolutely loved it. The yard is private and enclosed so our dog could roam free and play while we sat in the hot tub overlooking the lake. Barbara’s place looks exactly like it does in the photos and was actually more private than I expected, the hut itself was immaculately clean and the separate loo outside was very high quality and the shower was great. As a Host Barbara was brilliant. Provided us with a wealth of information ahead of our arrival and was always quick to respond to any questions we had and suggested a number of local dog friendly places for lunch in the area (strongly reccomend Fish Pool Inn). We walked into Sandiway one afternoon which wasn’t too bad (roughly 30 mins) and drove to Delamere Forest the other day which was around a 10 minute drive. Particular highlights were Blakemere Moss and The Hollies Farm Shop. It really was the most amazing weekend stay, we loved it.

What a lovely cabin!! My partner & I took our dog and we loved it. 40 minute drive to Delamere forest which was great. The cabin was so homely, cosy & warm. Heats up quickly and the outdoor space was great. We’ve had the best time, the surroundings were so peaceful & the park itself is well maintained. We will 100% be recommending to friends & family. Thank you🥰

Hankelow Manor, The Cottage

StephanieRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a wonderful time at Victoria’s cottage. Communication prior to our arrival was first class, including helpful recommendations for restaurants to book. When we arrived all was as promised and we even had a chance to meet Victoria and her family. Our kids had great fun playing, and even the dogs got to hang out together. Victoria and her family were very helpful, telling us about the local area and they even lent a sled to the kids when it snowed on one of the days. The cottage is well located for visiting the local area and had everything we needed for our trip. It was also genuinely dog friendly, with dog bowls available and lots of space in the secure garden. We are expecting to be back in the area later this year and will certainly be booking the cottage again.
