Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

This small 30 m2 cottage will be perfect for your weekends, vacations or business trips. Entirely made by us in an old wine building, Charlotte wanted to decorate it on the theme of the Sunflower, emblematic flower of the Charentes and Tintin, famous comic strip, since we are located 30 minutes from Angoulême, capital of the comic strip. Quiet cottage, among the vineyards, 10 minutes from the N10. A relaxation area with jacuzzi is available as an option (book 24 hours before)

Small accommodation on the edge of the village of Criteuil, with vineyards in perspective. It is with one floor, and a miller's staircase to access the bedroom (unsuitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties). Quiet place, 10 km from Barbezieux (all shops). The sea is approximately one hour away. Quality Restaurant in the Village The independent accommodation is adjacent to our home. It is a very simple but well-equipped accommodation.

Come and discover the Charentaise countryside, in the heart of the Cognaçais Vineyard, in Grande Champagne, on a winery. I provide you with a new 50m² accommodation adjoining my house, but totally independent. You can take advantage of the family heated swimming pool from May to October. Depending on my availability, I would be happy to show you around our distillery.

We live in a cul-de-sac in a small hamlet, 2 km from the center of Ronsenac, 5 km from Villebois-Lavalette and 25 min south of Angoulême.
