The house, on the mezzanine floor, consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen with living room. Private parking in the adjacent courtyard. Air conditioning. NB shared terrace!

The apartment of 120mq offers sea-view terraces and a swimming pool (shared with us) and it is located 15 min walking from town center. It can perfectly host 6 guests. The pool and garden are shared with my family living in the two apartments located in the same residence (one is by the pool and one is above yours).
