Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Almhütte "Almbrünnerl" on the Raffner Alm – Ruhpolding The cozy alpine hut "Almbrünnerl" at 1000 m altitude, right on the edge of the forest in the middle of the hiking area of Unternberg, offers everything for a relaxing stay on 30 m². It has a kitchen, living room and bedroom with double bed (180x200), TV, Wi-Fi, a night storage oven and shower/toilet. Enjoy the covered terrace with a corner bench and large table. The hut is accessible by car all year round.

The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. Unter dem großen Dach befindet sich ein zweites Tiny House, "Brüderchen", welches auch über Airbnb buchbar ist. Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.
