La Moire welcomes you all year round to an exclusive property, whether by the pool or by the fire, in complete tranquillity. It is very well located, in Bréhémont, a village on the banks of the Loire, 9 km from Azay-le-Rideau, and 7 km from Villandry, Langeais and the magnificent châteaux of the Loire Valley. The house comprises 4 bedrooms for 8 people, Wi-Fi, private parking, and a heated above-ground swimming pool from May to October, depending on the weather and night-time temperatures. In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
