Apartamento on second floor without an elevator, with a very bright terrace and living room. Equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed. It has A/C, Wi-Fi, Neflix and equipped kitchen. It's just 1 minute from Regla beach, and 100m from the beach! (Monument of Light). It is located in a development with a pool with a very family atmosphere, surrounded by areas of restoration and leisure. In the winter season it is very quiet and in summer you will have one of the best environments in the area.

New luxurious historic apartment near cathedral

This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.

Nice apartment on the second row of the beach. It is newly renovated, with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing and feeling the sea breeze every morning. It consists of a large bedroom with a 1.50m double bed, a living room with a 1.35m double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. Has Wi-Fi The apartment is on the ground floor of a small development on one of Rota's main leisure and restaurant avenues.

Apartment with panoramic views of the city and the sea as well as La Caleta beach,it is located in a typical neighborhood of La Viña and very close to the historic center and the beach.The apartament is spacious,jumionosis,sunny,quied and comfortable for people with reduced mobility it has ample and comfortable,free parking for one car or five motos. IT is a few meters from caleta beach. It is also very close to restaurant,bars and supermarkets.
