This new apartment is in a prime location in Savines-le-Lac. There is a beautiful unobstructed view of the lake and the mountains. The apartment is located near the Lac de Serre-Ponçon. Swimming can be done in the lake and many water sports can be practiced. In addition, there are beautiful hiking trails in the area, nice places and there are attractions. The winter sports resorts of Reallon and Les Orres are a short distance away. The place and the surroundings give a wonderful holiday feeling!

Many activities are offered on site: beach, sailing, water skiing, paddle boarding, boat and pedal boat rentals, hiking, mountain biking, bowling, food, snacks, etc. The shops in the village of Chorges are a 5-minute drive away. * Check-in on Saturdays in July – August, and school holidays.

Need peace and healing? This apartment is in a secluded residence on the heights of the Serre-Ponçon lake. Close to the resort of Réallon, the village of Chorges, the mountains as well as 5 minutes from the Lac de Serre-Ponçon (Baie Saint-Michel: beach monitored in summer, bar, restaurant...) This place doesn't have wifi or TV for a total disconnection... We'll leave you the video projector with HDMI for movie nights! Remember to pick up your computer.

Apartment accommodating 4 people maximum on the third floor without an elevator ( not compatible for people with reduced mobility) Parking near the residence . Very bright 35 m2 2-room apartment, refurbished on the ground floor in a quiet and secure residence. South-facing terrace and garden of 30 m2 with lake and mountain views. Possibility to park your car in the building. The kitchen is fully equipped, very comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as in the living room. Located less than a 10-minute walk to Embrun lake, a 5-minute drive to the city center, and about 20 minutes to Les Orres station.
