New studio with shaded terrace and access to the garden, on the ground floor of a barn converted into a dwelling. It has an equipped kitchen and a wardrobe bed with 160 X 200 mattress. Your studio will give you access to the swimming pool (depending on the period) as well as a petanque court, barbecue, picnic table, etc... The entire outdoor area is shared. it is equipped with all the necessities of a furnished apartment as well as an outdoor space. For your meals, you will find several restaurants nearby. Note: Pets not allowed bed and bath linens are provided. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

Accommodation only consisting of a bedroom (one double bed and one single bed) with 3-drawer dresser, a bathroom with toilet and shower cabin, an equipped kitchen (oven/combined microwave, induction stove, range hood, coffee maker, dishes). Living area (with sofa bed) giving access to the outside (relaxation area with two sun loungers). In the small village of Prunières (05230), between the Réallon ski resort and the shores of Lake Serre-Ponçon, we welcome you to a charming, completely renovated gîte, with stunning views of the lake, in a typical house of the region. In winter, you can be on the slopes of Réallon in 15 minutes or Les Orres 1800 in 45 minutes. In summer, St-Michel Bay, its beach and water sports are just 5 minutes away. All local shops are also 5 minutes away in Chorges.

GITE DU VILLARD, built in an old barn

This single-storey, recent and unique gîte was built with noble materials: brushed larch, limewash, iron and wood. With a glazed opening on the mountains without any opposite, relax in this QUIET and ELEGANT accommodation in the preserved and wild valley of VALGAUDEMAR in the HAUTES-ALPES. Hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing... many activities away from the big tourist complexes but so close to nature and its inhabitants. SITE SURROUNDED BY NATURE.

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Gîte Les Vignes Du Lac. Pretty house with fruit trees on a 1600 m² plot, your apartment is located at the bottom left facing Savines in a quiet area that enjoys a splendid view of the lake at the entrance to the Écrins National Park. The apartment has a living room with relaxation area (TV, single sofa bed 80 cm), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and shower, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 cm, 2 beds 1 person) and a terrace.

The accommodation is part of our main residence but is separated by a loggia, which makes it autonomous. It is located at an altitude of 1050 m and is located in a very quiet hamlet, close to Lake Serre Ponçon (10 min) and ski resorts including those of Réallon (20 min), Ancelle, Les Orres. Great choice of hiking and bike tours, various water sports, swimming at Lake Serre-Ponçon and high-altitude lakes.
