The gourmet area with barbecue and parrilla is the highlight of the house where you will surely spend hours of good conversation and conviviality. The heated pool is a separate chapter. *House and neighborhood not affected by rain* Super well decorated single storey house with swimming pool, 2 decks, sun loungers, barbecue. There are 4 rooms (2 suites) with a/c, towels and sheets laundry cleaned. Strong wifi signal. Spacious living room with Smart TV, Sky, air conditioning and two tables for meals and games, both great for working. Kitchen with all utensils. Checkin is simple and remote. The beach, very quiet, is 90 meters from the house. Efficient and attentive hosts!

Casa (120m2) no antigo parque aquático de Ilhabela c/ 2 suítes, cozinha completa, WiFi rápido (Fibra óptica 1000Mbps), área c/ próprio quintal c/ churrasqueira e piscina natural de uso exclusivo de quem aluga esta casa! No segundo andar tem a suíte c/ vista p/ estrelas da cama king e da banheira e varanda. A ampla varanda c/ mesa de sinuca e rede leva para uma ponte até o mirante das cachoeiras. Localização bem central, perto das praias, tanto pro sul, Vila, norte ou outro lado da ilha.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. The house is located on Pontal da Cruz Beach (see through the Waze App, as Google Maps recognizes it as Praia do Partido, but the address is correct). Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea.
