Charming and cozy little house in the heart of the city. The house is ideal for couples, but it can accommodate a family of 3, or friends :). The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, next to Perequê, which is the commercial center of Ilhabela. You will be in the center of the city, with easy access to the two beach regions from here (the North, and the South). The Wi-Fi works perfectly, also for Home Office. Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. My house is near beautiful sceneries! You will love my space for the wonderful view, the location and the cosiness. Enjoy our sauna and swimming pool with a wonderful ocean view! Our place is wonderful for couples, families and adventurous people. Ilhabela means the beautiful island and it is a great place to visit among sport exercising people. The island is famous for its good winds and it is considered as the Brazilian capital of sailing.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing.
