Charming loft,standing in the sand on one of the most beautiful and trendy beaches of Ilhabela. Carefully equipped to offer a comfortable and unforgettable stay,it has air conditioning,ceiling fan,electric shower with stall,refrigerator,sink, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, and other accessories. Double sofa-bed, single bed, and two extra inflatable double mattresses. Outside we have a deck on the sand in front of the sea, a shower, a hammock swing under a treetop, tables, and benches.

Casa (120m2) no antigo parque aquático de Ilhabela c/ 2 suítes, cozinha completa, WiFi rápido (Fibra óptica 1000Mbps), área c/ próprio quintal c/ churrasqueira e piscina natural de uso exclusivo de quem aluga esta casa! No segundo andar tem a suíte c/ vista p/ estrelas da cama king e da banheira e varanda. A ampla varanda c/ mesa de sinuca e rede leva para uma ponte até o mirante das cachoeiras. Localização bem central, perto das praias, tanto pro sul, Vila, norte ou outro lado da ilha.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. Arrastão Beach is 500 metres away and Padaria Elite is less than a 10-minute walk!
