This is a lovely place with a great view and very nice private garden. A car is needed but the village is only 5 minutes away and the location is really lovely if you enjoy being in nature. Highly recommended. Thanks. Silvia

My two girlfriends and I had a wonderful two nights in the countryside, with so much thought and care put into our stay from our hosts. Arriving after a long drive we where welcomed with cake, tea, eggs, treats, everything essential to a comfortable first night and morning. Our booking included an entertaining and fun evening cooking local dishes with Nino and Dina and we enjoyed a lovely night together round the table with amazing food and drinks and sharing stories. What a pleasure this was and a great start to our holiday and to Sicily! We know some of the prior reviews mention the neighbours dogs barking, this was the case on one of the nights and sorted out with some earplugs, so we would advise this. It did not spoil our stay at all and we left full of joy at having met such wonderful people and having had such a great time. Thank you to our hosts for looking after us so well and we would recommend you book this wonderful experience if you are in Sicily!

We had a great stay at Leopoldo’s B&B. There are a few things to note that may not be entirely apparent from the description but which were absolutely fine for us: It´s just one room, the toilet and shower are hidden behind a huge metal plate that serves to separate the room; there is no kitchen(ette) but a fridge and an electric water and mokka boiler; and the room’s few and rather small windows (it´s a former barn) let only little sunlight in. That said, the breakfast place (terrace outside the room) is awesome, you can have "breakfast with a view", slightly shadowed by climbing plants. The room´s interiors are truly creative, with a modern touch. one final note: Finding there was a little tricky but Leopoldo was happy to help (note that Cimpampini is just one part of a three-part village; the route: look for the church, then right, down left, and down left again to a basin).

How can you improve on perfection! You could not want for a better host than Maria who greeted us warmly as if a longtime friend! She was available but discreet throughout our stay and gave local recommendations. The house was spotless and had everything you need. Add to that a view to die for … what else do you need! Don’t hesitate to book!
