You can cook together in a cosy atmosphere in the eat-in kitchen. The sleeping areas with double beds are spatially separated. Two people will find a great place to sleep in a cosy sleeping bunk. The house is lovingly furnished and fully equipped, so you will feel comfortable from the very first minute.

The south facing boiler house has an area of approximately 70m2 and an open sleeping area on the gallery. There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

The house is about 300 square meters and has a living, kitchen and dining area on the first floor as well as 4 bedrooms on the upper and top floors. On each floor there is a shower room as well as another toilet on the first floor. In addition, a terrace and a barrel sauna are available.
