Wood cabin-house for large families in Harz

Large property, almost 5000 sqm, with lots of trees, plants and even a small creek on a side of the property, while another side is on a well marked forest trail. We gave special thought to ensuring your privacy and we have practically no neighbours, although still in a small village, close to the Harz National Park The cabin-house is made of wood, for a true nature feeling. We have all the modern amenities though and we even produce most of the used electricity through solar panels, on site.

norderGalm - Stylish deceleration in the Upper Harz Mountains

The vacation home tomGalme consists of two apartments, the norderGalm and the süderGalm. The norderGalm is offered here. The apartment is spacious, stylishly furnished and can accommodate 4 to 8 people. It is about 150 square meters and has a living, kitchen and dining area on the first floor as well as 4 bedrooms on the upper and attic floors. On each floor there is a shower room as well as another toilet on the first floor. In addition, a terrace and a barrel sauna are available.

The center of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and cozily furnished. The bedroom with 1.8 x 2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18 m²) south balcony. Our sleeping loft is equipped with a high-quality 3-story bed. Your own sauna to feel good.

We have personally selected all of this with a lot of love! :-) What makes it special? Except for the steel casing, almost the entire wall structure is made of renewable raw materials, such as wood, jute and hemp. The visible clay plaster creates a unique look and a pleasant room climate.

It is perfect for groups - whether friends or families! We are also happy to give tips so that you can enjoy a great getaway at any time of the year. Bed linen & towels must be booked separately, bedding is provided.

In a relaxed private atmosphere, we offer a cozy 75 m² apartment on the 2nd floor of our house, (separate entrance) with large living-dining area and balcony, large bedroom also with balcony, 2 additional bedrooms with single beds and small bathroom with tub. So you can comfortably stay in a total of 3 bedrooms with 4 people.
