This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

Eric’s place was a perfect place for a “way to short” vacation. Place is located very close to a cul-de-sac which provided a very quiet, peaceful stay. Kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. Outside decks were an enjoyable place to gather and talk. Pool was super clean and relaxing. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Elevator was a big plus as we were celebrating my Moms 81st birthday. We unfortunately did not get to use all of the games located in the basement poolside because we didn’t schedule enough days. Eric was an above average host. Addressed all of my questions in a timely fashion. He even sent a gentleman out to reprogram the remote when we had definitely. You will not be disappointed if you book this place it’s a gem.

Excellent hosts! The house is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. It has a fantastic layout inside, with a beautiful and relaxing view of the water.

We had a great stay! The place was spacious for our 9 guests, clean and safe. Fabrice had prompt responses to our messages, and even promptly came to the property when chemicals needed to be added to the pool. We really appreciated his quick action so we were able to enjoy our vacation in the pool. Lots of restaurants and shopping within a few minutes drive. Would definitely stay here again if travelling to the Largo area with a group :)

We were in town for hurricane relief efforts, and found this property provided everything we needed for our crew. All the comforts of home in a very relaxing space. The home was beautiful and provided plenty of room for our crew during our long stay.

My family and I had an awesome stay here! It was 12 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The neighborhood was quiet and there was parking in the large driveway for four of our cars. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking up meals and the place overall was immaculate! We really enjoyed the outdoor activities and there were games/kids toys that kept the little ones busy. The host was very responsive and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Jennifer was an amazing host! We had some issues with getting the pool heater to work and she went above and beyond to make sure we fully enjoyed our stay. She was always super responsive and pleasant with every interaction. The house itself is beautiful - offering various spaces for family gatherings, and thoughtfully equipped with board games and children’s toys. Would definitely recommend!

The house was amazing. The beds were great!! Not cheap mattresses. The rooms were large and the kitchen was well appointed. We were there for a beach weekend with our children and grandchildren It was a fantastic weekend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The host was incredibly accommodating, providing us with all the information we needed to feel right at home. The interior of the property was beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay. However, the real gem of this property is the yard. It was absolutely stunning! There were comfortable seating areas perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The yard offered a perfect blend of privacy and beauty. We also loved all the outdoor activities they have for kids! Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and the yard truly made our stay unforgettable. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with beautiful outdoor space, this is the place to be!

We really enjoyed our stay. The decor is beautiful, top level cleanliness, comfortable and quiet. Master bed was very comfortable and shower had great pressure. If I could find one of these in each city it would be wonderful! Thank you!

The place was better than expected! Peaceful, spacious, and very comfortable feel. Brought our service dog who loved the fenced back yard! Comfortable beds. Perfect couch for naps!!

Everything was just like the listing stated. Easy access to everything and plenty to do in the house itself. Its funny but they have notes posted around the house with different instructions or just to let you what light switches you are using. Only problem I had, I couldnt beat PAC MAN!!!!!! WOULD definitely recommend!!

Our large group was comfortable and pleased with the spaciousness, cleanliness and the many forms of entertainment. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed and an abundance of glassware, plates and flatware. Alyssa was always polite, friendly and quick to respond and meet our need. We highly recommend this very nice house.

We loved our stay in Largo FL! This listing was the perfect gathering place for our wedding weekend. Lots of sleeping options for ourselves, our kids, and family. The detached bungalow was an excellent bonus for the parents to escape. The kids loved the pool and pool table (although the pool ques need new tips). The kitchen was on the small side compared to the number of people the home can accommodate. Host was also responsive and helpful.

The house was amazing! Very clean and a perfect location. A quiet neighborhood but not too far from anything. Communication with Mark was great and he was a great help with everything we needed. We will definitely be back should we find ourselves in Tampa again!

We had a few nights stay while in town for our daughters cheer competition. Convenient to downtown Tampa, about 15 mins to the convention center. The house was as listed, plenty of room for our party of 9. The large open kitchen/dining/living area was fantastic!! There was an issue with the wifi - which was out of the owners control, and did complicate things a bit - unable to watch tv as only streaming services. The spa was meant to be run remotely to turn on for our 2 hours, which couldn’t be done due to the wifi being out - Inna worked with us to walk us through how to turn it on ourselves. No fault of theirs and they were VERY apologetic with the situation. Having the pool and spa right in the backyard was fantastic! One suggestion would be a bit more lighting out there for night swims! Overall, a great stay!
