This centrally-located Clearwater house is just a short drive to the beaches, airports, Dunedin, and downtown Tampa. This single-family home has a private in-ground pool, screened in porch, pergola, fire table, outdoor shower, and a wide variety of flowering plants. There are 2 bedrooms and a bonus room. There is a queen bed in 1 bedroom, bunkbeds in the other bedroom, a trundle bed with extra pullout bed in the bonus area, and a pullout queen bed in the common area. Pet and family friendly.

This spacious upper-floor, 3-bedroom condo hotel suite offers views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balconies. While preparing your morning coffee on the spacious kitchen island, you can see the water of the Gulf of Mexico. Each suite can accommodate 10 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a King bed in each bedroom and the third with 2 Queen beds, each of them with their own ensuite bathroom, in total 3 1/2 bathrooms, also a comfortable full-sized sofa bed in the living room.

Located in a three unit 'Olde Florida Style Complex' and just 45 steps to Clearwater Beach! The Mermaid Cottage is located on the 1st floor at the back of the complex. This Florida style unit is adorned wood floors and charming island decor. Open to an outdoor patio with furniture. The cottage has two bedrooms, two full baths and an outdoor shower! Living room has a queen pull-out bed. The patio area is completely fenced for private use. Nice, park like charcoal grill.

This cottage on the trail is a gem. It is an easy one mile bicycle ride to downtown Dunedin and a quick stroll to waterfront Edgewater Park to watch sunsets or see the lights of Clearwater Beach across the intracoastal waterway. Circular driveway with a carport for off street parking. The cottage is equipped with a Keurig, microwave, mini fridge, as well as beach amenities and wifi. There's a fenced back patio for you to enjoy our beautiful weather!

Upper Old Oaks Bungalow 15 min to Clearwater Beach

NOTE: We lost two big trees in the backyard so the paving walkway is a little out of sorts & the train track in the back is visible. Please check post-hurricane photos of the backyard. We priced it accordingly. If any of these concern you, we encourage you to book elsewhere. Apartment is newly remodeled. New kitchen & bathroom w/ standing shower (no tub). New photos soon! You're renting half of a duplex. You will be staying upstairs.
