Monthly Rentals in Clermont

Location,location, location; this very clean efficiency apartment was a short walk to many local restaurants and shops as well as the walking paths around the lake. The entry and exit process was smooth and free of any issues. The small size was fine for my wife and I when we were in town for the Spring softball games. The host was responsive and supportive during our stay. I hope to return next year.

We were in Clermont for a week for the Spring games for my daughter’s softball team. It was a nice place to stay . The village itself is a bit dated but quiet and in a great location close to the games , grocery store, shopping and restaurants . We cooked most of the time and the kitchen was stocked very well with all items needed to cook a meal . Mary is a great hostess and answered our questions promptly. Highly recommended.

The cozy studio is comfortable and roomy. The apt. was very clean and inviting. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you may need. Check in was a breeze and checking out was just as efficient. The area is great for taking a walk through the neighborhood. Shopping is near and very convenient. All instructions are precise. Communication with the host was great.
