Nossa casa é recém reformada. Os colchões e roupas de cama são novos. A cozinha tem 2 geladeiras, máquina de lavar louça, fogão de 5 bocas com 2 fornos, microondas e uma coifa potente. A piscina possuí iluminação e pode ser aquecida até 34°. A área da churrasqueira tem uma cervejeira, cooktop e um banheiro completo. A lavanderia é ampla com máquina de lavar e máquina de secar. A casa inteira é climatizada, tem wifi de fibra e fica a 150m da praia em um condomínio fechado com câmeras e vigia 24h.

Designed by Carlos Lemos, our house is one-story, spacious, and super bright. Situated on a plot of land with a privileged view of the sea and the mountains. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with few neighbors, about 500 meters from the beach. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.

The closest beach is Lamberto Beach, you have to walk 400m, but we recommend going by car!
