Holiday rentals with a patio in Cocanha Beach

The apt is exactly the same as in the pictures, the view of the mountains is amazing, it is cozy, quietly accommodates 4 people, although we are in 3, enough utensils, it was clean, organized. Set Ribeira is a very good building, from walking to the mall stream, which has an amazing pizzeria. It is possible to walk on the beach of ribeira, and it is also very close to other wonderful beaches, such as Domingas Dias, for example. Communication with Thalita was perfect, she is very friendly and it was possible to make the check in more flexible. Anyway, I recommend with my eyes closed!

Our experience in Eduardo's apartment was excellent! The apartment is the same as the photos, beautiful. In the two bedrooms and the living room (it makes all the difference with this heat), all well decorated, new, and in perfect functioning. New beds and good shower. A television in each bedroom, in the living room and on the balcony as well. The condominium is wonderful, we were very well welcomed, and we feel extremely safe. Quiet, family atmosphere. Andreia was also super receptive, showed us the vacancy, took it to the apt, and was available for any queries. I highly recommend it, and I would definitely come back again.

Juliana and her father were extremely attentive, they answered our doubts, gave recommendations to places, worried about our needs always helpful and asking if we needed anything. They were also flexible with our check out time as we were unable to book the ferry for both cars and we were with the dogs, which helped us to have a more peaceful return! We travel in 4 adults and 3 dogs. The house is very spacious, with a beautiful view! To spend hours there on the deck just looking out over the sea and watching the Tucaninhos pass by. The rooms are very comfortable and in the larger room the air conditioning has been changed recently, so it is very quiet, in the other room we use, the air conditioning is still a little old, but it also freezes well, that is, it fulfills its function. The air conditioning of the room also manages to make the space very fresh, even though the space is QUITE large! In short, I recommend the house and I will be back!

Great stay! Marcos is a very helpful host and responds promptly. The house has the warmth of grandma's houses, great barbecue, swimming pool, close to the markets and very quiet neighborhood. We discovered many beaches and tours around and Marcos indicated many others as well. There are still places to visit in the city of Ubatuba and we will stay with Marcos again to see them. You can go easy! Great stay.

Daniele since the first contact lot requests. The excellent house, very clean, wide, perfect for us a couple, 2 children and a pet. Prox. a Mall, supermarket and pool nearby tb my kids loved it. The beaches are not far away, I recommend the da Ribeira with a walk of 15min and Sununga and Lázaro by car 5 min. The Toninhas beach by very accessible tb car. Were great days of sunshine during Carnival and we managed to escape from the muvuca. Daniele always requests, highly recommend and we hope to go back!

House 13 is super cozy, organized and clean. It features cooking utensils and barbecue. Nice and clean pool, I loved it. It was me, my husband and our niece(child) and the house super met our needs and expectations. It has a good location, being close to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and etc. Bairro bemossegado. The host Andrea is very cordial, leaving us at will. Thanks so much, we really like the days we spend in your house, as soon as possible we want to come back more times!

The apartment served us 100%! Selma is very polite and communication with her is very quiet. I only have two reservations: the electronic lock was not working very easily, we had a bit of difficulty in getting the password; the bulk of the cleaning. But nothing that compromised our trip, it was amazing and we'll be back whenever we can.

I stayed in chalet 27 with my wife for a few days and we just love the experience! The place was impeccable: very clean, well organized and with all the items we needed for a comfortable stay.
