Our sweet accommodation has a bedroom, a mountain corner, a toilet, a shower room and an equipped kitchen-living room. The balcony overlooks the mountain, facing the rising sun. Our 2-room apartment is ideally located 20 minutes from Morzine, 25 minutes from Châtel, Avoriaz, Abondance and Lake Leman. A family restaurant is on site. Summer and Winter activities will not be lacking!! Hiking, mountain biking, trail... In winter, ski resort within 15 minutes at the foot of the residences, toboggan run and snowshoe route.

Public transport is complicated and underdeveloped.
