La Darsena di Villa Sardagna, dal 1720 pertinenza dell'omonima villa nobiliare in Blevio, è un open-space unico nel suo genere, realizzato in pietra antica, legno bianco e vetro. Si affaccia su uno splendido panorama caratterizzato dalle storiche ville lariane, tra cui il Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

Casa con box auto per periodi brevi, vacanze o impegni di lavoro. Luogo tranquillo nel centro del paese di Colico a circa 400 metri dal lago di Como. A pochi passi sono presenti tutti i servizi: negozi di alimentari, bar, ristoranti, banche e posta. La stazione ferroviaria e degli autobus si trova a meno di 10 minuti a piedi. The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).

The Garden

A small flat with a double room, a bathroom, and a single room with a kitchen-corner, at the 1st floor, in front of the wonderful garden; i live in the flat below. It's 200 m from the lake with the best restaurants and pizzeria, close to the center, the shops the train bus station and boats transports.
