illaria was a pefect host. Very responsive and was there to receive into the house when we arrived. She showed us around and told us the best use of public transport to visit the tourist places. She was kind enough to even give us complimentary coffee at the nearby Bistro. She was a perfect host and the place suited perfectly to our family needs. There was a supermarket next to the place which was very convenient and a park for my daughter to play nearby. Will definitely recommend for any tourist wanting to visit Rome.

all was good , I was skeptical but it really exceeded my expectation. the beds were super comfortable , the design of the unit offered a unique experience. the neighbourhood was just perfect to get a real taste of Rome. the only thing the elevater had been broke for sometime and it was hard to climb up to third floor at the end of a tiring venture out.

Agostino is a very friendly host. The apartment is in the heart of the historical city. The area is very quet and safe. You can find restaurants very close and a little minimarket close by. With car between 10 minutes, you find several geoceries.

The host is very polite and gave us a lot of information. The accommodation was very nice and clean. And fuly equipped if you want to cook.

We had an amazing 2-night Easter stay in this unique, chalet-like house with its Mongolian yurt and private pool! Everything was magic: the original architectural design of the wooden house, the patio, the yurt, the pool with its incredible panoramic view, the hammock, the BBQ, the olive tree garden - all at our full disposal. Mr. Pietro is the perfect host: responsive, warm, and thoughtful (we were welcomed with a glass of wine and cheese and salami board), and he was always ready to meet any need. Although the weather was unstable, he opened the pool for us which was simply spectacular. We even ended up booking the second house on his property when our group grew larger at the last minute, and again, Mr. Pietro and his family were incredibly accommodating and considerate. Everything had a magical touch, from the main entrance door to the fireplace, the artistic décor, the stairs leading up to the attic to again embrace the sun from the upper terrace through window-sized openings.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay in Spezzano. The owners were very thoughtful and made sure that we had a nice comfortable stay. The location was wonderful (by car), in the middle of the beautiful countryside of Lazio. We most certainly would recommend staying in Spezzano and hope to visit again in the future!

We had a wonderful Easter vacation with the family (me, my wife and our two children aged 2 and 8). The newly renovated apartment is cozy, warm and smells of wood. Equipped with all comforts, with equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, it immediately made us feel at home. The garden is spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing while the kids play. The family dog, polite and very sweet, kept our kids company for hours: they had a lot of fun playing ball together! A special mention goes to Stefano and Stefania, the owners: kind, helpful and always attentive, they welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. It's rare to find such an authentic place, where you really feel like family. An unforgettable Easter. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and an honest welcome.

super spacious apartment, better than in the photos, very well connected by metro line c and buses, nearby you will have food shops, supermarkets among others, it will take about 40 minutes to the Vatican and 30 minutes from downtown.
