Monthly Rentals in Colmar Manor

Bob is an exceptionally friendly host, and his place is conveniently located near the metro in the suburban neighborhood of Cheverly. The apartment met our needs, was clean and comfortable, and we wished we could have spent more time chatting with Bob!

Mary’s place was a perfect spot to stay when visiting the DC area! It’s conveniently next to multiple public transport stops and located in a wonderful neighborhood. Mary was very upfront about the fact that we may hear footsteps and some talking, which we appreciated. While we did hear some, it was nothing that impacted our stay and we would stay at Mary’s location again!

Stephen was friendly, super responsive, generous and an all around amazing host. His place is so cute, very clean and in an area thats close to the highway and a 15min straight shot drive to the National Mall area. His place definitely provided the homey felling I was looking for during my extended stay.

My stay here was excellent. The place was very easy to find, and everything met (or even exceeded) my expectations. I’d absolutely recommend it to others and would gladly stay again if the opportunity arises. One thing to note: the ceilings are a bit low in some areas, which might be a challenge for taller guests. It’s not a major issue, just something to be aware of. Thanks again for a great stay!
