Relax on the large terrace with a hot tub that is heated throughout, an outdoor sauna, a fire pit and a barbecue, or in the cosy fireplace room. The house offers modern comfort with rustic charm, including a billiard room, bar and fitness room. With 6 bedrooms and up to 3 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 12 people. Due to its elevated location, snow is almost guaranteed in winter, and there is no extreme heat in summer.

We occasionally rent our apartment with about 30 square meters of living space. It is centrally but quietly located in a beautiful old building attic (3rd floor) in the lively trendy district of Cologne Kalk. You will find a small and quiet retreat, but you will be in all of Cologne's top locations in no time, such as the Lanxess Arena (10 minutes), the trade fair (10 minutes), the cathedral (15 minutes), the old town (15 minutes), but also the airport (20 minutes) or the highway (5 minutes).

If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Enjoy this stylish space, "Wäller Haus", completely surrounded by a vast natural garden. A place for young and old, where you can relax and spend a wonderful time together. In winter in front of the fireplace and in summer around the BBQ enjoying the sunset. On colder days a campfire keeps you comfortably warm outside. This modern house is the place to recharge in all seasons. (No wild drinking parties, thank you)

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
