Erkensruhr EIFEL GLÜCK - hiking & relaxing

Schakel een tandje terug in deze unieke, rustgevende accommodatie. Dit huis hangt aan de heuvel en geeft je uitzicht over het prachtige dal - Erkensruhr. Aan de doodlopende weg met verschillende wandelgebieden waan je jezelf even ergens anders. 5 personen slapen hier comfortable en een 6de persoon is eventueel goed mogelijk op zonder. De buren rondom zijn soms aanwezig maar vaak niet. De Ruhr kabbelt rustig door het dal naar een prachtig meer maar meer vertier is.

Spacious apartment with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room & kitchen in its own house (not the main house) with balcony on a large property (garden use with barbecue area included) in Adenau. Within walking distance of 5 minutes from the city center and several bakeries, cafes, supermarkets, restaurants, department store and only about 2 km to the Nordschleife entrance in Breidscheid. The property is very large and parking is also available for trucks or trailers.

Right in the heart of the North Eifel National Park, right on the Belgian border, with views of Native American teepees, horses and campfires, you can enjoy a wonderful starry sky and a fantastic sunrise. The house is equipped with everything you need. Pellet stove! Here, you can switch off and find some peace and quiet. A large outdoor area with a sauna (fee payable), playground and animals awaits you.

Heide's green hut Langscheid/Eifel

Heides Grüne Hütte is a romantic country house from about 1900 in a secluded location overlooking nature and absolute tranquility. Modern alternates with antique. Outside sauna, Wi-Fi, shower, bathtub, 2 living/bedrooms can accommodate 4 people. A large kitchen-living room with pellet stove makes it cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances. The house has been historically renovated and in the bathroom you can look at a well.

Historic Elementary School

Large cottage in Schuld an der Ahr! Our rustic house was built in 1870. It is very nicely renovated, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The house can accommodate up to approx. 20 people. There are six bedrooms. On the terrace/garden (about 50 m²) with great views over the Eifel and the Ahr, you can let the evening sun shine in your face or use the outdoor sauna and the hot tub (hot tub/bathtub) at about 40 degrees water temperature.

Hydroelectric power plant

Cozy apartment in the restored historic hydroelectric power plant. It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living area incl. kitchen. Large outdoor area with sun terraces. Directly on the edge of the forest, on the Rur, a few minutes' walk to the old town. Lockable bicycle storage room is at the house. Separate entrance. Parking directly at the house. In the house is a historic hydroelectric power plant. Viewing on request.

Studio apartment in the artist's house between D' Dorf and Cologne

Here you have a studio apartment with high ceilings and lots of light. This apartment was renovated in 2019. It is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with a steam cleaner before each booking. There are always at least 24 hours between departure and arrival. Dishes and cutlery are cleaned in the dishwasher at 70°C. We are a small family business, live in the house and are very keen to comply with hygiene standards.

Huge, almost 300sqm house, with many possibilities. More than 250 years old and very nicely restored. Up to 24 people find space here to spend a very good and entertaining time. Billiards table, foosball table, hot tub, sauna, inner courtyard protected from view, grill, sound systems, Bluetooth speaker and for the cooking freaks a well-equipped kitchen with a 90 cm wide, 5-burner gas stove, etc., etc.

Relax in this special and quiet house. Gather strength for your activities or trade fair visits. In two minutes you are at the S-Bahn stop and in 10 minutes by public transport in the old town. 30 minutes to the fair. Not suitable for children under 14 due to a missing railing on the top floor stairs. It is a place where parties and unannounced guests are not tolerated.
