Monthly Rentals in Comarca del Nora

We stayed here with our cat for four months. From the first day, we felt at home. The apartment is close to the city center, but the environment is very quiet and peaceful. Public transportation and services are easily accessible. The facilities in the apartment are complete and very efficient. All the hosts are super friendly and helpful. Clean spacious apartments with everything you need even for a long-term stay and work from home (high-speed wifi). The interior design is nice and cozy. The host is responsive and polite, always available for help. Exceptional, highly recommended! Thank you for your hospitality! 11/10

Lovely place to stay in Oviedo! We stayed with our two kitties and two dogs and it worked great. Right across the street from a big, lovely park, right next to a long walking/running trail, 10 minutes walk from a couple grocery stores and local cafes. A bus stop across the street takes you right downtown. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms are clean and spacious. We didn’t really use the balcony as it was winter when we visited.

Good communication upon arrival, although at the time of check-out we were unable to confirm the check-out. With two phone attempts, for a few questions, although it could have been an emergency. The house meets very good conditions and is totally recommended to visit a city with a very special charm. Close to the market and right in historic downtown Oviedo. I think despite the departure we'll be back
