Monthly Rentals in Coney Island

A lovely, spacious room and Araz is a friendly and helpful host. The room locks (something I wasn't sure of when reading previous reviews), and the private bathroom is large. It's right near Brighton Beach boardwalk, which would be nice in the summer if you wanted to swim. It's a 10-ish minute walk to the subway and about an hour on the subway to Manhattan--still quite convenient for the price! Excellent space, I'd absolutely stay here again no question!

As a well-travelled person with lots of experiences with hotels, this is my 1st long-term Airbnb stay. To my surprise, I've had a wonderful two months here in this quiet, convenient and safe neighborhood with its own July 4th fireworks display. This apartment has everything including a cozy green backyard, my own washer/dryer machines and very good Wi-Fi. The N and F trains are 5 minutes away and only 45 minutes into Manhattan. NICHOLAS is truly a great host and is available promptly whenever I have a small request .. a true 5-star service and always with a warm smile. I'm happy to say I feel so relaxed here that I've already extended my stay. Grazie Mille Nicholas !!!

My girlfriend and I had an incredible stay at Norbert and Agnes’s Airbnb for almost 40 days. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. They were exceptional hosts, always responding within minutes whenever we needed anything and ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time in Coney Island, Brooklyn, and this Airbnb made our experience even better. If we visit again, we would definitely love to stay here. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and hassle-free stay!
