The internet connection is fiber optic (600Mb/s). The house is in a pine forest area and 100 meters from the beach. It is minimalist and very comfortable. To ensure accessibility, we arranged the main double bedroom with a 150cm bed with an en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a 135cm double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms; one with 2 beds and the other with a trundle bed (2 singles) and a double bed.

A comfortable living area features a dark sofa positioned beside a wooden coffee table. Large glass doors open to a balcony with views of palm trees and the ocean. A flat-screen TV is positioned on a modern media console, complemented by decorative elements.
