Brand new flat with large balcony in Copacabana!

There are over 200 very positive reviews! ;) In Copa (practically Bairro Peixoto), on Rua Santa Clara. It's 5 minutes from the beach. Renovated flat with large balcony and view of Corcovado! It's beautiful, with a Smart TV, air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom, new bedding and towels, open kitchen. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a closet with hangers and a desk. In the living room, there is 1 sofa bed. In the case of a family with a baby, we have a portable crib. Pet friendly (just let us know and keep it clean)!

Copacabana or Ipanema? The answer is Copanema! Here you can get both within walking distance. The apartment is a "Cobertura duplex" and has two floors with two bedrooms each with a suite and new A/C upstairs and on the first floor there is a living room with new A/C, dining room, terrace with nice views, kitchen and a bathroom. Stay with a view of Copacabana Beach on one side and the famous landmark, "Dois Irmãos" mountains on the other. You are within walking distance to Arpoador, Ipanema beach and the subway.

Calm and quiet house on a dead-end street with 24-hour security, at a strategic point in Copacabana. The space is loft-style, all integrated. It is possible to separate the living room from the bedroom by means of a sliding door. The house is a true haven of tranquility amidst the bustle of the neighborhood. Plenty of public transportation, next to the Cardeal Arcoverde Metro station. Everything is brand new and well equipped. It has a nice outdoor area. Ideal to rest after enjoying the city.
