I’m staying for work and the location is convenient for my job. It’s clean and quiet. The bed is very comfortable

Sia’s place is beautiful and super peaceful. We felt at home while staying there. Seeing the top of the buildings in the distance was also amazing especially at night. The place was squeaky clean. We loved staying here. Also if you’re on a car the mall is like 5 minutes away, which is nice.

My one-month stay at Neda’s residence in Coquitlam was exceptional. The property was impeccably clean, quiet, and thoughtfully equipped for long-term stays. Neda was an outstanding host—professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. The location is also ideal, with convenient access to transit, shopping, and green spaces. I sincerely appreciate her warm hospitality and would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

A comfortable stay,nice host nice house nice environment more better than my expectations. independent entrance,easy to find and car can drive almost to the door,is really great especially when it’s raining,no doubt it was a wonderful stay and hope to come back next time.
