Holiday rentals with a patio in Corigliano-Rossano

This stay was for me the return, after a year, to the town of origin. So, to the feelings of joy for this return, reasons for satisfaction were added to have chosen an accommodation, even if for five days, in a very bright apartment complete with every comfort and, on the other hand, located in a building in the main square, in front of the bell tower of the church of San Francesco di Paola, which with the chimes of its bell made me return to mind the beautiful moments of my childhood and youth, often limifying the sidewalks of the square admirable from the balcony of the apartment!

Catia is a particularly thoughtful host. She lives in the same house on the ground floor and helps with advice and action. The apartment is exactly as in the photos.

I highly recommend many nice things to discover the location of the house to everything you need around supermarket pharmacy bakery in front of a very quiet beach. We had a very good time Giovanni's availability, always present!😊! Very comfortable and clean house as described.

The apartment is very large and clean practically attached to the beach, parking present on the property. The owners are very kind and helpful. The lack of a washing machine may be the only downside if we want to be fussy.

Irene and Vittorio were discreet hosts, they left us full freedom of action and were always available to meet our requests (from laundry soap to kitchen pots). The linens (sheets and towels) were fragrant, and in the middle of the stay they were completely replaced. We were provided with extra pillows (new, under vacuum). The garden is very nice and ideal for children to play safely (we were also lent a swing from their grandchildren). The silence that allows you to hear the noise of the sea a few meters away is priceless. There are dishes of all kinds (plates, bowls, trays, glasses, ladles and cutlery in abundance). Very comfortable sink and clothesline area, double outdoor shower in the green, and with hot water, superlative. Fresh water in the refrigerator and a welcome cadeau upon arrival. We would have extended the stay but the house was already booked by other guests. We will definitely be back, 10 and praises the hosts.

I've only been in this place for a day, unfortunately. Extremely comfortable, large and spacious accommodation. Equipped with two very comfortable bathrooms. Very useful for parallelizing the classic morning operations. Large and well-stocked rooms. There are more air conditioners than doors😅. Even the kitchen is extremely well-stocked

We were very satisfied, the only downside was that there was no TV.

Vincenzo and his family were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful area with lots of good walking and hiking near by.

A beautiful house in a beautiful quiet environment where nothing is missing. Beautiful pool and well-kept indoors and outdoors. Alessandra and her husband Maurizio are wonderful hosts. They gave us great tips on restaurants, locations, beaches and much more. I can only recommend it to everyone!

Great apartment with amazing sea view. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The views from the balcony are stunning. David and Adela communicated well before and throughout our visit - we’ll definitely visit again soon.

Beautiful location: from the balcony of the house you can see the beach. Quiet country, with shops and everything you need for a week at sea without having to move the car. The house made us taste the proximity of the sea, simple, clean and organized with everything you need for a serene holiday. Wonderful induction hob! We felt at home. Communication with Francesco was perfect. He was a perfect host, he welcomed us in person, giving us precise directions to make the most of the house and also suggesting activities we could have done. But the beautiful sea of Marina di Belmonte enchanted us and we often stayed on the beach. Even if it passes by the railway, we can say that the passing trains do not make you bored: we rested during the day and slept at night without problems.
