Recently renovated villa, equipped with all the essential amenities, clean and tidy.

We stayed the first two weeks of August, the apartment was very clean and cozy It is about 150/200m from the equipped beaches and 100m from the supermarket. Giuliano is very helpful and present for any request! We'll definitely be back next year 😊

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Andrea is a wonderful host, always available and willing to help. The place is amazing, much more than we were expecting... I believe the pictures do not capture how beautiful, cozy and spacious this house is. The surroundings are also incredible, Mormanno is a unique experience. We would not hesitate going there again, great cost/benefit relationship and satisfying in every way.
