A fabulous gym (Aquarena) with sauna / pools is nearby. Quiet street (no cars) and views of the dome and mountains. A balcony full of flowers in summer! We live in the flat above and love the area! (P.S. there's a small crack in the window pane on the balcony. Just wanted to point out it's already there.)
