When winter arrives, we’re your basecamp for adventure — just 30 minutes to Middlebury Snow Bowl, 45 minutes to Killington or Sugarbush, and minutes to local snowmobile trails, ice fishing spots, and Middlebury College.

Orchard Guesthouse on our apple orchard is a delightfully unique place to stay. A former pickers cottage, we offer dorm style bedrooms and bathrooms with a rustic yet cozy interior. Includes full use of the house and adjacent yard. We are conveniently located 2 miles from Middlebury and 1 mile from Middlebury College campus. Come enjoy a full range of outdoor activities, adventure is on your doorstep! Perfect set up for groups - cycling, hiking, skiing (nordic/alpine) or college events.

Our guesthouse is nestled in the Lemon Faire River Valley. This 1 bedroom with kitchen, bathroom, and extra sleeping loft gives you a quiet experience of the Vermont countryside. The outside entry deck overlooks over a 1000 acres of open field and farmland. Middlebury is only 3 miles away and offers museums, restaurants, and shopping. This is an active farm: horses, dogs, geese, a duck, and chickens. Please read the house manual as it has lots more information about the house and property.

This charming space occupies 800 square feet above an optometry office in a Greek Revival home originally built circa 1856. It provides plenty of privacy and is within walking distance to all the restaurants and downtown shopping. A queen bed in the bedroom, and a pull out couch in the living room accommodates 4.

We offer a historic, four bedroom farmhouse in a peaceful, rural setting surrounded by wetlands, forrest, and farms. This is a family and pet friendly property with a private entrance, full kitchen, living and dining areas, full and half bathrooms, access to our fenced backyard, and dedicated laundry facilities. By making arrangements ahead of your stay, you can use our 3 season barn; send us a message letting us know how and when you would like to use it.

This is a spacious guesthouse/retreat where you can relax and unwind. There are great views and walking down the road is serene, with open fields bordered by woods and teaming with wildlife. In the winter you can Nordic ski or snowshoe right outside your door, through fields and woodland paths down by an active sugar-bush. We currently have chickens as well as my friendly dog Annie who loves to play. We also have a young kitty named LB who is a pip.
