Perfect for families, for walking, cycling, playing Tennis or Golf in one of the resort's courses or simply relaxing and enjoying nature. The Fonte da Telha Beach is 5min by car or bicycle (bike lane). Walking distance to pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, coffee shop, laundry. Located in the 1st floor with no elevator but only one flight of stairs.

This is a one bedroom apartment on the second floor. There is no lift in the building! There is air conditioner unit in the living-room. A very nice and relaxing balcony facing a golf field surrounded with pine trees. There is also a barbecue. No wood for the fireplace and charcoal available in the apartment. Please mention you’d like the sofa bed made. It is higly advised to have a car. There is free parking in front of the building. Public transportation is very poor and difficult.
