The door is set to open with an app. Make certain to load the app and get clear understanding on how the app can be loaded and functional with the code to unlock- when using MULTIPLE phones. This is important. I had problems. Paloma and her team were outstanding and super responsive and we fixed the matter. But a little more homework from me would have helped. The stone is induction. So- it might not fell hot- but it is. And use the BOOST to boil water. It’s great. Fast. The dryer as lots of dryers doesn’t dry in the first cycle. Time around that when washing. It takes multiple spin cycles to get your clothes to dry. The place is amazing and you will love it. I will be back.

We have been very comfortable in the apartment. It is very central, which allows you to enjoy Madrid walking and well communicated by public transport with a metro stop just 3 minutes away. Everything is very clean and tidy. Carlos was a good host considering that our stay was pleasant, he also allowed us to leave our bags in a nearby cafe until our train left. Thank you.

The village is very nice and has a lot of life. The house was very clean and has everything we need, the location is good, close to the center of the village. We were provided with a high chair and a baby bathtub which we really appreciate. Upstairs are many toys and our baby really enjoyed it. As anecdote we were touched by the big blackout of light and the barbecue was the salvation.

Centrally located and pleasant apartment in Madrid

Great stay at Antonio’s property! Check in was great - he even showed us where local grocery stores, restaurants, and the nearest bus and metro stops could be found. He also let us check in early as we were on a morning flight and let us leave our luggage in the apartment after check out as we were departing in the evening. The three bedroom apartment had everything we needed, including a washer, iron, electric kettle, smart tv and dishwasher. It even included an outdoor clothesline to dry our clothes. The location was terrific for visiting Madrid - only a short 10 minute walk from the Cuatro Caminos or Alvarado Metro stations. The nearest grocery stores were also only a 5 minute walk away. He arranged for a paid reserved parking spot for us at the garage next door for the first three days, which was very convenient. The beds were also comfortable. We’d definitely stay again!

Everything went great, the host let us check in earlier and every communication was kind and helpful! The apto looks exatcly like the photos and had the essential for our quick trip. The area was very calm and had lots of resources nearby, it was basically 20 min by foot to get to the parque del Retiro (and the path was very easy). Would definitely recommend!

Apartment no.1 is located at a basement. Shared an upstairs of the house and with another part of the basement with other families. A granny lives upstairs and is nice. Got windows but other people may walk by and see you in your room or bathroom, so we kept the binds down when inside. Car can be parked at the curb or inside the lawn. Simple flat. But good enough for us. Would be better if they have an extra garbage bag. Near to outlets, supermarket, restaurants and malls. Its our last stay before we drive back to airport. The bathing hot water will run out after 2 showers. There is a heating tank in the largest bedroom, need to check the temperature before the next person baths. Heating is great and neighbourhood is residential and quiet. Children playgrounds everywhere Love this flat.

Juan Pablo's apartment is really well located, you can really do everything but really everything on foot . clean apartment, matches photos and the host is available by phone in an issue. It felt right at home. I would like to recommend it again in a second.

I stayed with my family in Javier's apartment and we had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The space is beautiful, organized, clean and with all the amenities you need for a great stay. We were in several AirBnb in Madrid and this was our favorite; the metro is nearby and the area is very quiet. During our stay, a shower hose burst (nothing serious) and in less than 30 minutes we had Javier there solving it. We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for everything!! 100% recommended

Eva and Imael were outstanding hosts for our stay. Eva were very responsive and helpful. The studio is located conveniently in a nice neighborhood with easy access to public transport to central Madrid and the airport. The studio is clean and very practical with potential to cook and eat in. It’s perfect for 1 or two people. The yoga mat and roller were a nice touch! 5 stars!

Beautiful apartment, very well equipped. The area is very quiet but very well connected to public transport. Mirelis was very kind in the welcome and I was able to enter earlier, which was very good for me. The apartment is very well equipped with TV, air conditioning in two environments and a very full kitchen and bathroom. I recommend it and would choose it again! Thank you for everything!

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!
