I think the house is very comfortable, it does well for a few days there. The pool is excellent, a simpe pool clean, the water with a perfect temperature! The area in which the house is located is very quiet, I never felt unsafe. The location of the house is what is worth the MOST, it has an excellent location. it's very centrally located and you're close to everything. Although it is important to say that if you are not going by car the location may not be the best option ( maybe) . communication with Carlos is the best. Because of the location of the house, everything is close to Walmart, oxxo, soriana. There is everything nearby. Worth it, if I hope to come back 🫰🏻

The attention provided by Rodrigo was excellent, we had very good communication at all times. Already in the house the people in charge are very friendly and helpful, they are always on the lookout. It is a very nice house, spacious, the pool great. And a wonderful view!

The place was amazing it was just like the pictures. Super awesome host, very receptive and answered all my questions. The location had a bunch of plates and cups. Both kitchens were stoked with utensils and refrigerated on both sides. One living room had a tv with streaming options. Pool was the best part, the host had pool toys and was very clean.

Super recommended, the place is very beautiful and quiet, the pool is delicious and very large, literal rooms and so is for swimming, a super plus that is on the ground floor, we will return.

Very comfortable stay, the amenities of the residence very clean and super well monitored. There are beaches and many restaurants nearby and all very good. It is easy to get to and Paloma was always very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended

The house is incredible since it has all the amenities to feel at home, the pool is large enough and the location is also very easy to get to, there are very close shops such as Oxxo, Soriana and food places to be able to access very quickly, and above all the communication with Andrés was very accessible and resolved all the doubts at all times and was also pending before and during the stay, I recommend it 100%.

The three of us had an incredible stay at Carlos House. Communication -in english- with Carlos was friendly, prompt and easy. We were allowed to arrive a little early and thats when we met the staff: Marysol, Diego and Lorenzo (and friendly guard dog Rocky). We were overwhelmed by the house. Its stunning lay out, beautiful landscaping, amazing pool and gorgeous vintage bedrooms. We were hoping for a touch of history in this house, and it is all there. Virtually untouched through the decades and seemingly well protected during the violent storms that did so much damage to Acapulco just a few years ago. Our days were filled with fun, sun, views, swims and more on the pooldeck. The pool is stunning. The views from the pool deck could not have been more spectacular from sunrise to sunset. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch, prepared by Marysol, every day in the dining room on the top floor. The food was delicious. Thank you so much for having us as your guests. A truly magical visit.

Rafael was always attentive to all my questions before arriving and during my stay. The place is beautiful, comfortable and beautiful. We really enjoyed how beautiful it is, the nearby beach club, without leaving anywhere. It also has beautiful places nearby. They barely opened next to a restaurant called Playa & Cafe, delicious and healthy and is just walking a few steps from where we stayed and also 10/10. It is close to the Island and there are good restaurants driving 5-10mins. Rafael is always proactive and responds as soon as possible any questions and/or comments. I would definitely go back to this place. It has everything to spend a few incredible days.

It is a place that is very close to Caleta beach, within walking distance. My husband and I competed in the Guadalupano marathon and it is very accessible, because you walk there and you don't have to struggle with parking. The house is very spacious, it has 2 bedrooms, one with two beds and another with 3 beds.

Excellent place, very clean and the host with a lot of attention to us and Super accessible for everything, 100% recommended.

Highly recommended, quiet place, comfortable and close to the beach, I love that it does not hit the strong afternoon sun, if they ask me, yes, if I would book it again.
