The stay at Gemma's was lovely. The accommodation is large and it is well placed, we are close to trade, the beach ect Gemma was very responsive to our questions!

We were hosted very well by Mont who adapted to our arrival time and then was always available during our stay. The apartment is very well located, a few minutes walk from the city center and the beach in a quiet area. In the apartment you will find everything you will need for your stay, it quickly feels like home. Air conditioning is a real plus during the summer months but be careful it does not go up to the upstairs bedroom which, during the hot weather, is a furnace... The terrace is a real haven of peace, there is air in the evening and it's extremely pleasant to spend your evenings there. The parking space is also a real plus but be careful, it does not take a car that is too big if not quite complicated to maneuver inside. We would definitely recommend this place where we spent a wonderful week as a family with a lovely host. Thank you Mont

Very friendly welcome, with filled fruit basket and a bottle of wine. Super location close to the beach in the middle of the city yet quiet as the bedrooms are facing the courtyard. Spacious kitchen and living area. Shops and restaurants all within minutes walking distance. There is a stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine (but no oven - this should be considered when planning). The bathrooms are clean, soap, towels,... available. Roses is a good starting point for hikes on the magnificent peninsula and along the Catalan coast, but also good for swimming on the city beach or small coves in the area or a city tour of Girona. Thank you for the hospitality, we will be happy to come back!

it was fantastic, the house, 2 steps from Plaza Mayor, very close to shops and bakeries. Very good heating, and comfortable, spacious, with everything you need, etc... in short, very good everything. The magnificent environment, with the lake as a landscape, and as an area for exercise.

The house was amazing. The location couldn't be better. Right in Premia with restaurants and bars on the doorstep and the beach of course. Getting to Barcelona is easy and cheap. Aitport was very easy by train as well. We were so lucky the feria mayor was on and this local fiesta is unbelievable. If you are able to be there that time of year I recommend it. Music, dancing, fireworks for about 5 days. Xavier was amazing at check in. We were delayed by 4 hours and he still took us round the village to show the main parts. When we mentioned we are doing a paella course he offered to bring the pan and we were able to make a paella for 10 people ! Soo much better staying in a friendly town than in Barcelona city.

Great stay from Friday to Monday in a house that really matches the photos and descriptions. However, be careful to read the listing, despite a capacity of 22 beds, the price is only for 17 people, if you want to complete the house you have to pay extra per person, which surprised me a little since the house is occupied and given the rate it should be for the entire accommodation. I had to house friends outside despite available beds which I don't think is very logical. I still recommend paying attention to optional financial details

What could be nicer after a long day of travelling to arrive at your Airbnb and be met with fresh fruit and a beautiful house that felt like home and so welcoming! From the easy lockbox entry to the immaculately cleaned accommodation, this was a treasure. The local art work that adorns the walls and the quirky mugs and dishes just add to the charm. I do not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore La Bisbal d’Empordà, the Costa Brava and all the surrounding areas. Thank you 😍

We've been on a weekend at the home and it was a good one. The apartment very well equipped, clean and the terrace with nice views. We didn't enjoy the pool because it wasn't the time, but they wanted to take advantage of it. Very comfortable furnishings, maybe some blinds on the windows would be nice, and communication with Joan was perfect. We appreciate their treatment and availability. The neighborhood is very quiet. Highly recommended.

We were delighted with our stay at this property. Ideally located in a beautiful residence with an impressive pool, it is in a peaceful neighborhood, at a perfect distance from the bustling streets of Lloret and close to the beach! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-equipped, offering ample space to comfortably accommodate 5 people. Our favorite place was the terrace, where we had a great time together around convivial meals. As for the host, he was always very responsive and we encountered no problems during our stay.
