**Balinese-style house with private pool. Beautiful house, with right angles and gabled roofs and at different levels. Divided into ground floor and first floor. We enter the garden of the house from the back, where we find two porch areas where cars can be parked. We access the house through one of the two doors it has and we find an open-plan dining-living room area with an "office" type kitchen. This space is open to the outside and to the private garden through two large windows that communicate with the terrace, thus creating a feeling of great spaciousness. Two double rooms on the ground floor with two complete bathrooms with shower.On the first floor we find the main room with "en suite" bathroom with shower, it also has a private terrace. The furniture in the house is comfortable and functional, in light colours, with bathrooms in soft colours. A few meters from the beach. Without a doubt, one of the most valued houses, both for its large garden and for its more isolated location, at the end of the estate. The villa is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the city center, shops, restaurants and evening bar. You'll love my place because of the comfort (new bedding), the great sea view, the quiet environment, fully equipped gym (professional appliances), and the great heated pool. My place is good for couples, friends, and families (with kids). A security deposit of €1,500 in cash or check is requested on the day of arrival, returned on the day of your departure after inventory
