Minimalist duplex for 2 adults and 2 minors (not 3-4 ADULTS OR VISITORS) in pedestrian area in the PortBo, close to cozy restaurants and shops (many closed in low season). The entrance (3rd floor) is accessible by elevator. On the ground floor there is a children's room (80x180 bunk bed +crib), a kitchen-dining room, a small bathroom with shower and a terrace. The top floor (stairs) is a suite (150x200 bed) with full bathroom (shower), terrace and outdoor jacuzzi all year round (° not adjustable)

Lovely apartment in front of the sea. It's placed in the city center and the views of the beach of Sant Feliu de Guíxols are fantastic. It has been renovated in 2019. This apartment is an open-concept space, with kitchen, living-room and private terrace. There is a private double bedroom and private bath with shower. All the house has a lot of natural light and you cans see the beach and the sea from the living-room, the kitchen and the bedroom. WIFI included in the price HUTG-042923
