Traditional Beach House a few minutes from Lisbon

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

This place is good for couples, solo adventures ( surfers) business travelers and families with kids. The flat is on a high-ground floor with is own private access and comes with towels, cookware, iron, hair-dryer, WiFi and cable TV.

A pleasant detached house, with great natural light, located just a short walk (100 m) from the beach and on a quiet and safe street (it’s behind the police station but you never know!). The location it’s ideal to go surfing, go to the beach and visit Lisbon (only a 25-min drive). It’s on walkable distance from restaurants, supermarkets and public transportation. Turtle Beach House (Ocean view)

Dear Guests, I want to welcome you to the Turtle Beach House in Costa da Caparica. From the last floor (5th floor with elevator) you have a beautiful open view over the neighbourhood and to the Ocean (see pictures). There is space to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace or enjoy the sunset from the hammock after a day at the beach.

Cabana Zojora, originally a fisherman's cabana, located on the dunes of Costa da Caparica and facing the Atlantic Ocean for the past 70 years. The cabana has just been painstakingly restored plank by plank all the whilst maintaining its heritage feel and vibe.
