Traditional Beach House a few minutes from Lisbon

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

Salty Soul - Beach House

Salty Soul is a small beach house, built in the 1940s, located on “Praia da Fonte da Telha.” A small fishing village, located at the southern end of Costa da Caparica. Its beach is characterized by the beautiful landscape of white sand, dunes rich in vegetation and an imposing cliff. The village, which is derived from its natural wealth, is located in a protected landscape area.

APARTMENT NEXT TO THE BEACH

Sea view apartment. Building with the beach when crossing the street (20 meters away), 2 elevators and porter. The fully furnished apartment has a bedroom and a living room with chaise longue double sofa bed and balcony. There are dishes, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, washing machine, stove and oven, microwave, fridge, flat TV and WiFi, fiber-optic, throughout the apartment.

Studio by the Ocean

Studio apartment in Costa da Caparica, fully equipped, with free parking, and with a public transportations terminal with access to Lisbon, Cacilhas and Trafaria, among others. Beach, nightlife, restaurants are just a 5 minute walk. In the same Building you can find a pharmacy, coffee places, a news/stationary shop and an atm and a supermarket just a 2 min walk away.

The space is right on Praia da Fonte the best location right in front of the beach. One of the best natural beaches in Portugal. House 75m from the sea water.. Sea View.. My place is good for couples and furry friends (small pets). Addition of 6€ per night for animals up to 15 k . 25 km from Lisbon Airport.

Cabana Zojora

Cabana Zojora, originally a fisherman's cabana, located on the dunes of Costa da Caparica and facing the Atlantic Ocean for the past 70 years. The cabana has just been painstakingly restored plank by plank all the whilst maintaining its heritage feel and vibe.
