Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

In the beautiful area of Costa Del Silencio, Arona, the apartment is located in a residential area with many services around it. There is a supermarket next to the apartment, open all day, so you will never miss anything for a pleasant stay. You will also find a variety of restaurants of all types of cuisine. Next to Las Galletas, walking next to the sea will be a comforting activity with many ideal spots to take pictures of the landscape. 15 minutes by car to Los Cristianos and South Airport.

Cozy apartment of 35m² with a terrace. Bedroom-large bed for 2 people, 160cm wide. Living room - comfortable pull-out sofa for 2 people. The apartment is fully furnished: kitchen, stovetop, electric kettle, convection oven, washing machine, TV, and internet. Workspace corner. Terrace of 9m², south-facing. Located in the beautiful and quiet Tagoro Park. Includes a large swimming pool - approximately 20m. Ideal for 2 adults and 1-2 children. Rocky and sandy beaches are 7-minute walk away.

Nice apartment with large terrace overlooking the gulf. It is equipped with a new kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Living room with tv and wifi. The bedroom is spacious with a third bed. The condominium has three seawater pools and one is heated. Around a splendid garden of tropical plants overlooking the sea. There is a small restaurant bar on the pools. Next to the condominium there is a good supermarket with European products.

Romantic apartment for four people in Golf del Sur, 5 minutes from the beach and the promenade with sea views. In Fairway Village, this apartment, located on the first floor with an independent entrance, offers an exceptional view of the Ocean and Teide. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with kitchen and sofa bed, TV and washing machine. There are three pools, bar and restaurant. Possibility of picking up at the airport.

The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.

Beautiful studio in Playa Paraíso with an amazing sea view towards La Gomera Island. Completely equipped and renewed. Swimming pool and access to the beach. A lot of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The new Hard Rock Hotel just in front. ATTENTION: From 16th of June 2025 until the end of the year, the pool will be CLOSED due to renovation works.
