This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. House with 2 bedrooms - one with a large 150/190 cm bed and another with 2 90 cm beds that can also be put together to form a double bed, 2 flat screen TVs, one 65', living room with chaise longue and kitchen with everything you need. Crib, a nice patio and 4 pools. It is a 7-minute walk from Montaña Amarilla - a well-known diving, beach and swimming spot, 10 km from Los Cristianos and 10 km from the South Airport. Banana plantation 2 bed House + Really Heated Pool

This house is inside a Banana Plantation & Little Group of Houses which Star is a "Really Heated" Pool ideal for swimming, as its size is 13 m x 5 m. On the very south of Tenerife, this banana plantation has been there for more than 100 years. Pool is shared with a few more houses. There is also a BBQ area and reading room near the shared pool. Free Mineral water + Spring water dispenser. A recent guest mentioned: "you can go and explore the banana plantation freely: its an unreal experience".

The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. The house is on the top of a hill and has a wonderful and clean panoramic view towards the sea. The sunsets are magnificent with La Gomera island on background.
