This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. The luxurious, light-flooded villa "Tres Palmeras" is located in the private residential complex "Bellavista" on the Costa del Silencio in the south of Tenerife.
