There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

It consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. It has A/C, Wi-Fi, and everything you need to spend a few pleasant days in our city. The neighborhood is very quiet, an 8-minute walk to downtown, and has a city bus stop 100 meters away. Easy parking in the area. The beach area is a 5-minute drive.
